HZMB Electrical System Upgrade: Breakthrough Application of Branch Cable Technology

The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB), as a cross-sea bridge connecting Hong Kong, Zhuhai and Macao in China, is one of the longest cross-sea bridges in the world.

The project adopts Oukamu's self-developed and produced insulated and waterproof integrated branch cables for street lights to further improve the stability of the lighting and monitoring of the HZMB. Oukamu's special insulated waterproof integrated branch cable connector for street lights is sealed as a whole, with IP68 level safety protection. The main cable and branch cable are connected as a whole, the cable core is not exposed, the cable is complete, standardised, beautiful, safe and reliable.

In conclusion, the successful application of branch cable new technology in the electrical upgrade of HZMB not only improves the safety and reliability of the bridge's electrical system, but also provides a new way of thinking for the electrical management of cross-sea infrastructure.
